The location here was perfect, just a short 12-mile distance from Carlos Rovirosa Perez airport, making it very easy to get to.

The location of the hotel is marvelous, just a short walk to Villahermosa, the ruins of the Mayans, and the restaurant. It is an elegant building with reasonably spacious and airy rooms on the upper floors.

The total stay was fairly nice on a business trip. Excellent and amiable staff, provided information if needed. The rooms were tastefully decorated and airy with a good bed. Everything was simply brand-new.

The friendly service combined with the outstanding food. Big size and well-appointed rooms, a large bathroom.

In this first semester of the year I have stayed at least 12 times, so I am a very frequent client of the hotel. Yesterday at my check in they had a problem with their card system and they couldn't make my warranty charge, it was pending and they told me they would let me know by mail or phone when the problem was solved and I passed my card. I arrived after a long dinner at the hotel around 1 am and my key was not working, it turns out that it was not working because they had blocked it intentionally because of the card, because when I went down they told me that. So instead of warning me and doing this process before going to dinner or if it was later I would have known beforehand that I had to do it, but unfortunately it was not like that, then after 1 am, even though I was leaving the hotel at 7 am they made me do the process even though I explained to them that it was a problem of theirs, that it was already late, that they never warned me, in short, very bad judgment for such a regular client.
